As a business rooted in the built environment, we recognise the responsibility we carry in addressing global climate change. Over the past year, we have continued to strengthen the foundations of our Sustainability Strategy building climate resilience, advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, and deepening our understanding of our supply chain.
2024-2025 has been a year of growth and opportunity. With over 1,300 employees across new regions, we have expanded our skills and project capabilities, while also embracing the social dimensions of ESG more fully.
At the same time, we have made meaningful progress toward our Zero Carbon Design 2030 commitment. While there is more to achieve, we are proud of the strides taken and the momentum built.
As we celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2026, we look ahead with renewed ambition. Our refreshed ESG Strategy and Social Value Framework will guide us toward 2050 ensuring that we continue to deliver positive impact for our people, our communities, and the planet.
