Our year at a glance

2024-25 has seen big changes and challenges globally but our sustainability commitments stand strong in line with our purpose to create opportunities for our people and sustainable solutions for the planet.

While we have not achieved everything we set out to, we are proud of the progress we’ve made. In particular, our Zero Carbon Design 2030 (ZCD2030) commitment has gained strong momentum, alongside a focused effort to strengthen the credibility and transparency of our operational net zero commitments.

As we enter 2026 and celebrate our 50th anniversary, we are focused on accelerating our journey to 2030, supported by a new Sustainability Roadmap, Social Value Framework, and continued progress on our Zero Carbon Design 2030 commitment.
